If I could leave 0 stars I would! The wrong food was delivered (mistakes are made). I phoned up - they said they couldn’t see my order and they didn’t have one for our address… even though they had just delivered something to us. Eventually we said we will drive to you to show you the confirmation. When we got there they said they didn’t need to see the confirmation and were making us a new one (we returned the wrong order) - so had they magically found our order… They said they were making it and so we waited as we had driven to the takeaway. Next thing you know, they say that the delivery driver has just taken our order with him to try and deliver… even though they could see us waiting there for over half an hour. The driver came back and we got our food (eventually). When we got home, it was the most bland food. We ordered a chicken Parmesan (nothing special, chewy) and a chicken kebab, which was sloppy and had almost no flavour. The one thing that did have flavour was my chips (that were meant to be plain) were COVERED in chilli powder… not chip spice like my husbands, chilli powder! It was awful! I can’t possibly see how that is a mistake. We will certainly never be going back and will be relaying this story so that no one else gets the same treatment.

Food was great but stated free 10inch cheese garlic bread if you spent £30 spent over that before delivery and it wasn’t delivered! Also Sauces were missing
